You will earn a guaranteed income of £20,000 per annum (paid at £385 per week), plus a percentage of net food and drink sales (also paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £7,500 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful. The estimated annual franchisee retained income quoted includes profit share and 50% of the total bonus opportunity available. Earnings are uncapped and can increase or decrease dependent on franchisee performance.

Entry cost of £5000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £3,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

The pub offers extensive and flexible trading space, including a large central bar, dining area, dedicated sports zones, darts and pool facilities, and substantial outdoor trading areas. The planned Hive Core refurbishment will create clearly zoned spaces for sport, dining and community occasions while improving customer flow throughout the venue. Enhanced garden and patio areas, together with increased seating capacity, will provide even greater opportunities to drive social, sporting and outdoor occasions all year round.
