Our regionally aligned and dedicated training team have a wealth of industry knowledge ready to set you and your business up for success. As part of this support, we provide an engaging and robust onboarding journey that includes some essential online modules and a Welcome Induction.

Welcome Induction

Once you’ve found the right pub with us, we want to help you get your business off to the best possible start. Our welcome programmes are designed to support a successful transition into your Greene King Pub Partners or Franchise pub.

Before entering your pub, you’ll need to attend one of our three-day welcome inductions. We’ll introduce the support available to help you bring your business plan to life and achieve your personal and business goals.

Ongoing Support

We also offer face-to-face regional workshops covering a range of topics… from customer service to social media skills and much more.

Our e-learning modules, delivered through Attensi, offer flexible learning across a wide range of topics, so you can learn at a time that suits you and on your choice of device.

Apprenticeships are also available through our learning partner, Lifetime Training, helping your team develop their skills while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
