You will earn a guaranteed income of £20,000 per annum (paid at £385 per week), plus a percentage of net food and drink sales (also paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £7,500 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful. The estimated annual franchisee retained income quoted includes profit share and 50% of the total bonus opportunity available. Earnings are uncapped and can increase or decrease dependent on franchisee performance.

Entry cost of £5,000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £3,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

The Scottie features a large L-shaped central bar with flexible trading areas designed for drinking, dining, live sport and social occasions. Separate customer zones allow the space to cater for individuals, families, groups and sports fans, while the outdoor area provides additional trading potential. Planned improvements, including enhanced sports viewing, upgraded décor and a refreshed external area, will create an inviting environment that supports a wide range of customer occasions throughout the week.
