You will earn a guaranteed income of £25,200 per annum (paid at £485 per week), plus a percentage of net food and drink sales (also paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £7,500 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful. The estimated annual franchisee retained income quoted includes profit share and 50% of the total bonus opportunity available. Earnings are uncapped and can increase or decrease dependent on franchisee performance. Please note, if private accommodation is provided, the guaranteed income will reduce to £20,000 (paid at £385 per week)

Entry cost of £5,000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £3,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

The Chase Inn offers a flexible, open-plan trading space centred around one main bar, with 40 covers and a trade kitchen supporting a simple food offer alongside its wet-led appeal. The layout works well for casual drinks, live sport, quizzes and community events, with clear sightlines and a welcoming local pub feel. A customer car park with 20 spaces adds convenience, helping the pub attract regulars, families, sports fans and after-work drinkers from the surrounding Harestanes community.
