You will earn a guaranteed income of £20,000 per annum (paid at £385 per week), plus a percentage of net food and drink sales (also paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £7,500 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful. The estimated annual franchisee retained income quoted includes profit share and 50% of the total bonus opportunity available. Earnings are uncapped and can increase or decrease dependent on franchisee performance.

Entry cost of £5,000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £3,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

The New Derby offers a versatile trading environment with 130 internal covers and 138 external covers centred around a spacious bar serving all areas efficiently. A dedicated sports zone features pool, double darts and enhanced sports viewing, while multiple screens throughout the venue create a fantastic atmosphere for live events. The substantial rear beer garden includes a heated and illuminated covered pergola along with an outdoor TV, providing a valuable all-weather trading space that supports year-round food, drink and entertainment occasions
