‘I have over 20 years of experience in the pub industry, including roles with Mitchell and Butlers, Admiral Taverns, and Stonegate. I started my career with the Co-op at 16, working my way up from till operator to manager. I believe great publicans are passionate about their pubs and provide excellent experiences for their communities. I enjoy partnering with publicans to ensure their success. I love pubs because they are perfect places for people to enjoy, whether for a simple drink or a bigger event.’
