You will earn a percentage of net sales (paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £5,000 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful. The estimated annual franchisee retained income quoted includes profit share and 50% of the total bonus opportunity available. Earnings are uncapped and can increase or decrease dependent on franchisee performance.

Entry cost of £3,000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £2,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

The trade space combines dedicated sports viewing areas, pool and darts facilities, flexible function space and extensive outdoor trading areas designed to maximise customer occasions throughout the week. Planned enhancements will modernise the internal environment, expand and improve the external offer, introduce upgraded sports viewing facilities and create a stronger customer experience while retaining the pub's established community character. The addition of an independent food operator provides further opportunity to increase footfall and dwell time.
