You will earn a guaranteed income of £20,000 per annum (paid at £385 per week), plus a percentage of net food and drink sales (also paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £7,500 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful. The estimated annual franchisee retained income quoted includes profit share and 50% of the total bonus opportunity available. Earnings are uncapped and can increase or decrease dependent on franchisee performance.

Entry cost of £5,000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £3,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

The Cross House offers a spacious and flexible trade area designed to suit a broad range of occasions. Inside, there is a large main bar, dedicated dining space and a variety of seating areas that support everything from casual drinks and family meals to live sport and social events. The layout gives an operator the ability to create distinct customer zones while maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere throughout the pub. Outside, the pub benefits from a generous beer garden, patio space and a substantial car park, adding strong destination appeal and extra capacity during warmer months. Overall, the trade area gives plenty of scope to balance food, drink, sport and events in a way that keeps the pub busy and relevant throughout the week.
