You will earn a guaranteed income of £20,000 per annum (paid at £385 per week), plus a percentage of net food and drink sales (also paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £7,500 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful. The estimated annual franchisee retained income quoted includes profit share and 50% of the total bonus opportunity available. Earnings are uncapped and can increase or decrease dependent on franchisee performance.

Entry cost of £5000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £3,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

The trade space was refurbished in 2023 both inside and out. As you enter via the front door, the bar is ahead of you and as you move to your left there is a bar area, with separate raised dining zone. Pool and darts are available in the bar, with access to toilet facilities. To the right of the front door is another dining area. The kitchen is directly behind the bar. The garden wraps around the front of the pub, with various seating options and covered pergola.
