You will earn a percentage of net sales (paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £5,000 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful. The estimated annual franchisee retained income quoted includes profit share and 50% of the total bonus opportunity available. Earnings are uncapped and can increase or decrease dependent on franchisee performance.

Entry cost of £3,000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £2,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

The Stapleton Tavern offers a spacious, flexible trade area designed around a strong wet-led community pub offer. The main internal space will be refreshed through the planned refurbishment, creating a more welcoming and characterful environment with an improved bar servery, upgraded seating, enhanced lighting, better AV for live sport and entertainment, restored flooring and refurbished toilets. With around 148 internal covers, the layout gives the franchisee plenty of scope to build a lively rhythm of the week through drinks-led occasions, quizzes, live music and sport. A dedicated trade kitchen will support a separate food partner, adding another reason for customers to visit without shifting the pub away from its core neighbourhood drinking occasion.
