You will earn a percentage of net sales (paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £5,000 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful. The estimated annual franchisee retained income quoted includes profit share and 50% of the total bonus opportunity available. Earnings are uncapped and can increase or decrease dependent on franchisee performance.

Entry cost of £3,000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £2,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

Following investment, the pub will offer a refreshed and engaging layout centred around a feature bar serving all trading areas. Customers can enjoy flexible social spaces, dedicated live sport viewing areas, darts, pool, a feature cinema room and comfortable seating across the ground floor and mezzanine. Designed to support everything from casual drinks to major sporting events and entertainment nights, the venue creates multiple reasons to visit throughout the week.
