You will earn a guaranteed income of £20,000 per annum (paid at £385 per week), plus a percentage of net food and drink sales (also paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £7,500 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful. The estimated annual franchisee retained income quoted includes profit share and 50% of the total bonus opportunity available. Earnings are uncapped and can increase or decrease dependent on franchisee performance.

Entry cost of £5000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £3,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

The Boathouse offers versatile trading space designed to cater for food, drink, sport and social occasions. Inside, distinct trading zones support a broad range of customer visits, while outside there is an extensive riverside terrace, patio and decking area that becomes a key attraction during the warmer months. The planned investment will enhance customer flow, improve zoning and create even better sport-viewing and social spaces. The site also benefits from a trade kitchen, customer facilities and on-site parking.
