You will earn a percentage of net sales (paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £5,000 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful. The estimated annual franchisee retained income quoted includes profit share and 50% of the total bonus opportunity available. Earnings are uncapped and can increase or decrease dependent on franchisee performance.

Entry cost of £3,000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £2,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

The Stonemasons Arms offers a versatile trading space with one central bar serving three distinct areas: a characterful front dining room with a bay window and fireplace, a comfortable lounge bar, and a sports area with pool and a new darts throw. Outside, café-style seating sits at the front, while the large rear beer garden has a lawn, patio, pergola and raised decking. After the planned refurbishment, the pub will seat around 105 inside and 440 outside, with 122 under cover. A trade kitchen completes the offer and will be rented out.
